A community based non profit organization would like to develop a small application for settlement between participants.A central organ manage a transfer and receiving of funds between participants. Each individual has an account with this central organ. Each participant can transfer or receive fund.
The scope of this software would be:
settlement between participants in real time
recording history
reports per individual participant
Allow to add new participants
