I need the ability to add and create a fully functional API layer to jbilling community billing system. The API layer will have to do all functions done by the original jbilling enterprise edition .

The coder working on this project will have to show experence and past work with Jbilling,
Java Enterprise Edition platform Java EE., (Linux, Solaris, Windows), database vendor (Oracle, MySQL, Postgresql) and any application server (Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere, etc...).
