Need experienced SEO for a Joomla website to reach it on the Top 5 or better in Google
LET ME BE VERY CLEAR - WE ARE LOOKING FOR WHITE HAT TECHNIQUES ONLY - NO BLACKHAT OR GREY HAT METHODS. We develop a number of website and are familiar with proper techniques. We do not have the staff in house to do the work, and are looking for good quality work from a partner we can use again in the future. We have many other projects for you if successful.
Must strictly comply with google guidelines.
We are needing top keyword placement for a site that caters to a local audience (one large city). The keywords are not widely used, so proper SEO should make it top 1 or 2 without issue if done properly.
We also need top placement on google maps for the same business.
Links building should follow:
- No black hat and other unethical SEO Spam techniques. Only white hat methods and ethical work will be accepted.
Links must be from US sites.
- Links must be permanent, static html links.
- One way links only, no reciprocal links.
- No robots.txt blocking. No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text.
- No use of automated software or bots.
- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.
- No link farms, link exchange programs, and web rings.
- No paid traffic sites.
- No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc.
We expect weekly reports to be sent to us, showing progress and work performed.
Website will be a new joomla 2.5 site, which will be replacing an existing site at the same url.
