Project Description:
Hello,
We are looking for a linux administrator/engineer with excellant experience in configuring email markting servers. We are planing to rent two quad servers in two different US stats for this project (Or one server and two-three VPSs, depends on design). Our Target is to send 250K emails per day. We have 250K Opt-in email and we want to send them ads.
The candidate will be responsible for the system design, recommending server/vps providers, configurations as per the best standards (such as DKIM,Domain Keys, SPF ,rDNS ,FBL , sender ID, IP rotation...etc), installing campaign management software, warming up IPs, taking care of server's security and monitoring the whole process. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring and handling the IPs (IP(s) must be whitelisted/safelisted with the major ISP's: aol, yahoo, gmail,msn/hotmail, ...etc) and handling the FBL.
This bid will be for the first month (31 days) (including the installations). 300$ will be payed to the candidated on monthly basis for handling the whole process/system.
NOTEs:
- Inbox delivery is my highest priority. It should be more than 85%.
- Half of the ammount will be sent as advanced payment after signing simple agreement. The other half will be sent in days after warming up the IPs and testing the whole system.
- My list is Opt-in, but some users have registered long time back and we do believe that bounce back will be 2-5%. If this percentage is high and may Affect on our repuitation, please recommend a solution.
- Candidate should has good review/rate
- Candidate should PM his plan to discuss about it.
- Any server/system configuration has to be logged by the candidate. Logs have to be provided to me when I ask for them.
- For monthly agreement, candidate has to keep monitoring the IPs and provide a weekly simple report about the general status.
