Create a formal design in Adobe Illustrator CS5-6 for a UI background for Tablet that matches a jpeg illustration rough design I will provide - IPAD/Motorola Xoom tablet aspect ratio.

Tabbed framework with 5-6 form pages - one for each tab.

Improve look with some style like frames around the placeholder videos, etc.
