We want to create a logo for a children's based organization. Primarily to sell merchandise for kids between the ages of 1 and 6. This business will be based in the US.
The character is going to be a "Ladybug". The idea is to create a children friendly character such as 'Hello Kitty, Mickey Mouse, Dora, etc.,' Note the features of these characters - big eyes, big face, curly limbs, etc.,
This character should be lovable by children from 1 year to 6 years, easily traceable (drawn) by children and at the same time shall be adorable and cute.
Prefer a 3D image, but will consider outstanding 2D as well.
Update July 30, 2012: This is the company logo, not a mascot.
I've received some entries that may deviate from my intended outcome. Please note that this character will be printed on children's T-shirt and should look cute and attractive when you see some kid wearing it like "Hello Kitty".
